Alice Ann Thornton Pegram, 86, died August 17, 2022, at Tunica County Health and Rehab. Visitation was Monday at First Baptist Church of Tunica in Tunica, Mississippi. Funeral services were 11:00 A.M. Monday at First Baptist Church of Tunica with burial in the Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery in Sardis, Mississippi. Memorial Funeral Home in Tunica, MS is handling the arrangements.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Tunica and WMU.
Survivors include her daughter Amy Martin (Tom) of Olive Branch, Mississippi; daughter-in-law Sharon Thornton of Hernando, Mississippi; and grandchildren Katherine Thornton of Hernando, Mississippi; and Cade Thornton (Hannah) of Shephardsville, Kentucky She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jerry Thornton and James Pegram; son Kevin Alan Thornton; parents William F. and Martha Towles Hill and brother Charles Hill.
