North Tunica clean up

You just don’t see many discarded aluminum cans along the streets of North Tunica anymore. Kizzy Evane rakes up the cans, baskets them and turns in the metal for cash. The 34-year-old North Tunica woman said she has patrolled the streets almost daily for about a year.
