Past Grand Master Randy Gloves officiated the recent ceremony in which Bobby Papasan (pictured on left) was awarded a pin and certificate commemorating his 50-year tenure as a member of the Masonic lodge.
Bobby Papasan was awarded a 50-year pin from the Robert Andrews Masonic Lodge in Tunica in July.
He joined the Masonic Order at the age of 32.
“It’s for the working class, it doesn’t have anything to do with college or education,” said Papasan, a Tunica merchant and former head of the public school system Papasan said the Masonic Order teachings are built on familiar religious concepts.
